Connection Help
Choose the message that matches what you see.
Close the assistant and open it again. If Morrow still does not appear, open the Morrow app and select Repair Morrow. Then open the assistant again.
In Morrow, select Show Bridge Folder. In Chrome, open Extensions, then Manage Extensions. Turn on Developer Mode, select Load Unpacked, and choose the folder Morrow showed you.
Open the Morrow app. In Chrome, open Morrow Bridge and select Connect Morrow. On the Morrow page that opens, select Allow Connection only if you started the request.
Open the Canvas or Moodle course in Chrome and sign in. Open Morrow Bridge. It detects the platform and shows Connect Canvas or Connect Moodle. Select that button, choose Allow in Chrome, then choose the course in Plan and Edit Settings.
Ask the person who manages Chrome whether the school allows Developer mode, unpacked extensions, and Morrow Bridge.
Course Request Help
Use what the course shows now to decide the next step.
Do not send the same change again. Open the page, assignment, quiz, or other course content. Then ask your assistant to check the earlier change. If it still cannot confirm the result, ask it to prepare a new change from what the course shows now.
Open Plan and Edit Settings, then turn on Course File Access.
