Download Morrow. The app walks you through the rest.

Use ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI with Canvas or Moodle on your Mac or Windows computer. Morrow can use only the courses your account can open. Your school must connect Blackboard first.

Protect student identity before course information reaches your assistant.

Your password and course sign-in stay in Chrome. Morrow confirms the course, builds a complete identity list for the records it will read, and replaces student details with labels such as Student A1. If it cannot identify and protect every student in those records, it stops.

Three Stages

From Download to Your First Course.

The Morrow app keeps the setup in one guided path. It shows one next action at a time and checks each connection before it moves on.

    Download and open Morrow.

    Choose the Download for Your Computer, install it, and open the Morrow app.

    Follow the setup in the app.

    Morrow finds the assistants on your computer. Choose yours, then follow the one action Morrow shows.

    Inside the Guided Setup

    1. Add Morrow to your assistant.
    2. Add Morrow Bridge to Chrome. Until it is in the Chrome Web Store, select Show Bridge Folder, then follow the exact Manage Extensions, Developer Mode, and Load Unpacked actions Morrow shows.
    3. Select Connect Morrow in Morrow Bridge. On the Morrow page that opens, select Allow Connection only for the connection you started.

    Optional: A default materials folder is ready for you. Change it only if you want course files in another folder.

    A school-managed Chrome profile can block Developer mode or unpacked extensions. Morrow cannot work around that policy.

    Open and connect your course.

    Open a signed-in Canvas or Moodle course in Chrome, then open Morrow Bridge. Select Connect Canvas or Connect Moodle and allow access to the course site Chrome shows.

    Choose your courses in Plan and Edit Settings. Morrow starts each course in Plan. Keep a signed-in course tab open while you work.

Who does what.

You choose the work and make the decisions. Your assistant helps you think and write. Morrow connects it to the courses you choose.

Canvas and Moodle use Morrow Bridge in Chrome. Your school connects Blackboard.

What happens when you ask for a change.

In Plan, every proposed change waits for you. Edit access applies only to the courses and types of change you choose.

Review the change first.

See the course, item, current content, and proposed content. New Quiz plans can show current instructions, settings, dates, and directly listed questions. Item Bank plans show the bank, its items, and the quizzes that use it. A share read always stays marked incomplete because Morrow cannot confirm that it found every share.

Shared stimulus changes and outcome alignment stay in Plan. The New Quiz paths and Item Bank reads described here have passed local product tests but have not yet been confirmed in a signed-in Morrow-connected Canvas course. Before Morrow sends a New Quiz change, it binds the work to the selected course and current item.

What You Get Approve the change or ask for a different one.

Approve a group together.

Review each item in the group, then use one button to start the approved changes. The page shows progress.

What You Get A clear count of completed, unconfirmed, and remaining work.

Check the course afterward.

When Morrow can safely read a saved result, your assistant compares it with the approved change.

What You Get If Morrow cannot confirm a result, it sets the item aside and does not repeat the change.

Before you connect a course.

Use the Canvas or Moodle account you already sign in with, and the assistant you already use.

Does my institution have to buy an assistant for me?

No. You can use Morrow with your own assistant, ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI, and the Canvas or Moodle courses your signed-in account can open. Your institution’s rules still govern the courses, their content, and the tools you use.

Can a scheduled task help with student support?

If your assistant can run scheduled work, it starts at the time you choose. Your assistant uses Morrow to read the current pages, assignments, and discussions from the sections you selected. It can then prepare drafts for the students who match what you asked for.

Can I work from a phone after I start on my computer?

Read working from your phone for what the connection needs. The computer must stay awake, online, signed in, and connected to the Canvas or Moodle tab while the conversation continues.

Can my school stop Morrow Bridge from running?

Yes. A Chrome profile managed by your school can block Developer mode and unpacked extensions, and a school can also block extensions, the local connection, or the course site itself. Morrow cannot work around any of those. Ask whoever manages the browser or the course platform.

When is a course change ready to apply?

Morrow starts in Plan, so every proposed change waits for you. You see the current and proposed versions side by side, then approve only the changes you want. Your assistant uses Morrow to apply each approved change and check the course afterward. It tells you if an item needs attention.

What happens when Morrow updates Morrow Bridge?

When Morrow updates Morrow Bridge, open Chrome’s Manage Extensions page and reload Morrow Bridge yourself. Chrome requires you to reload an unpacked extension.

Use the course sign-in you already have.

If your Canvas or Moodle sign-in can open a course, Morrow can help your assistant work with it. Morrow gives you no new access and does not work around your institution’s rules.
